However I think I can review it for you. There are 2 Greek songs sang in Armenian. 2 Persian songs sang in Armenian, 2 Russian songs sang in Armenian, 2 Turkish songs sang in Armenian and maybe 2-3 Armenian songs. I think her traditional Armenian songs are: 1. "Gavare Mer"-cassette-Msho Gorani-Ninon Esav-Vay Nare...actually the whole album is traditional Armenian 2."Ov inch giti'-CD-Purma Tikin-Ton Kuga Verevic (with beat background)-Qani vour jan im... etc. Only "Khghja du indz" has some Russian "estrdada" influence. The rest are pure Armenian folk songs. 3. "Nune's World"-CD-Ari Yar (folk)-Tamam ashkharh ptut eka (Sayat Nova)-Zagezouri bari tsnound (a Zangezour folk song)-Hala, Hala-Aman Ishken ( Mousa Ler dialect with some Turkish words)Akh mi angam el zijeir (Sayat Nova)... I have never listened to her stuff, but I was making a comment on the general Armenian music industry. Sorry if I was too harsh on her. I have seen her sing in other languages during concerts but she only records Armenian traditional and folk songs on her CD's. She does use new beats and non-traditional instruments (I think). But that is the main reason younger people listen to her music. Unlike many others, she was able to get the younger generation to listen to Sayat Nova and enjoy it, not fend it off as "old-fashioned." The important thing is that she did it with taste, she did not butcher the music but "re-mixed" it. When listening to her CD's you will come across a song called "Hala Hala" which may sound Turkish to you. It's actually Armenian It's the Musa Lertsi (or Kesabtsi) dialect. Only a few songs sound like that (especially #3 - Gadag). Overall, I'd say it's a "mature" sounding album. I may ending up liking it more than the last two (Nune & World). But I do not think of her as classy. In my opinion she is not polished enough and has no stage presence. I would not go to her concert because I don't see her as a stage entertainer.From what I have seen, Nune is unable to carry conversations (TV interviews) in proper Armenian and get's paranoid when faced with criticizm by the audience. I have also heard from people who have come into contact with her that she's extremely pompous and vile. I appreciate her as a person with excellent vocal abilities. This is what has happened to rabiz. When it appeared in Armenia, everybody was making fun of it, but then, it got advertised so much for the fun of it, that people's ears become accustomed to it.
