vava
There's beauty to be enjoyed with a traditional stone foundation - and then there's also the inconvenience... hope things turn out ok....
Sasun
Hey Armat, sorry to hear about that. I don't have any water in my basement, thank God. Interestingly my home is in a flood zone. But I have a sump pump in the basement, so that helps me a lot. Well, hope the rains are over as promised by the weather forecast.
Armat
The only damage was busted dryer.Well I should not say"only" since I paid over $600 four yrs. back.So I put down my appliance fixer uniform I had the whole thing apart and went through it peice by peice and identified a busted engine.I love Ebay,I got lucky to win a bran new engine for 40.00 and a belt fan assambly 17.00.Today I put that sucker togheter and with my figers crossed I pushed the start button. It worked!!! sweet .I was ready to buy another one and I am glad I did not.
