I hate Dell, I would go with IBM, but what the heck do I know? By the way has anyone seen how a broken Dell laptop looks like? The laptops I've worked with however, are another story. I think I'd probably go for a Toshiba these days, but I haven't been shopping around much. I was leaning more to Toshiba and elianwere, yah I think I'll get an elianwere and get over with. now I have troble just loading on a 20mg file on this old dell workstation, and time is everything in my business, fast and good graphics, elianwere i think is the best system out there, I/m just going to ahead and get it, 3k and its worth it, I think, any other sudgestions? Azat wile back you posted a link to some fancy systems, had to do with wide screen monitors or something, they had some great laptops, I cant find the link, do you remember what was it? Their extreme and ultra poltable sutff is usually hella cool. I bought a R505G a few years ago (the really small one that's still very small by today's standards but has a P200) that's lasted amazingly well. This TR3 is not a work horse by any means but in terms of style, portability, and functionality it's great. Seems to last well too (those that I know have had them for more than a year). My personal oppinion is that Dell is great with desktops, but I think they missed the mark when designing the laptops. Also, their customer service (something that they were known for) has become terrible. I recommend going with Toshiba laptops. I purchased a Toshiba laptop about a month ago, and I think that it's the best choice in laptops out there. I researched a lot before buying it, and I also relied on few of my friends who have Toshiba laptops for last 5 years. Here's the link to the Toshiba site.
