If you are serious and have that kind of money... I would dearly love to open a modern thechnological vocational school. Personally I have opened The First one for an internationally renowned istitutuon in Morocco in 1989-1991. To be followed by Singapoor, Hong-Kong, Kuala-Lumpur, Colombia/Bogota three in China etc. etc... they are presently represented in 23 countries including Turkey/Istambul. Even though I have retired from these types of projects, I will consider one and only one more opening of a center, if it is to be in Yerevan or in the outskirts of our Capital. This school gives internationally recognized Diplomas, up to University levels in certain disciplines, and specialises in adult education in the evenings. This would also open up the possibility of attracting Armenian youth from all over the world to pursue their studies in Armenia if the proper info/techs publicity is done professionally.
