From Hurriyet Mehmet Y. Yilmaz: Propoganda for Turks, by Turks I read recently in the papers that a documentary aimed at disproving Armenian allegations of genocide was being filmed in Turkey. The film reportedly starts with shots of images of the death of the Provincial Governor of Bogazliyan, Kemal Bey, who was executed as punishment for his mistreatment of Armenians during the forced emmigrations. News has gotten out too that this film is being translated into foreign languages. Now, I don't want to cause disappointment here, but I think this entire effort is one which is not going to serve anyone's purposes. Until today, none of the efforts at trying to disprove the Armenian allegations of genocide have found a place for themselves in the Western media. In fact, we even know that the Armenian lobby places so much pressure on any publishing houses which move to print books that might aim at disproving these allegations that the publishing houses later decide not to publish them. And for as long as the various parliaments of foreign nations continue to pass official decisions that "the Armenian genocide took place," this is just the way it is going to be for us. In the end, we will watch this film, and either get more angry, or relax a bit. But there can be no real results which come from "Propoganda for Turks by Turks." I have worn out the keys on my computer from writing this over and over, but here goes one more time: "We still have no serious organization to fight the Armenian genocide allegations on the international platform." What we really need is a strong platform which utilizes different methods of reaching the masses. But instead, we still haven't been able to gather all our documents in reference to the WWI Armenian emmigration period under one roof, opening them up this way to research. All we seem to know is how to expose ourselves to our own propoganda. And that, unfortunately, is not getting us anywhere. P.S. I wonder which "Armenian Emmigration Documents" is the autor talking about? Maybe the archives proving the genocide that have been destroyed long time ago...?

It looks like a DNS issue. On some of DNS servers it is pointing to the right address on other ones it redirects to the haxor'z server. The admin of the site should contact networksolutions.com or internic.com for fixing the issue. It looks like it is not a real haxing. They have just tricked the networksolutions or internic wherever the site has been registered and got control to theforgotten's DNS record then they have changed the IP of the server in the DNS. If you guys have website protect it with strong password and choose the most difficult options for identification by networksolutions and internic. Sometimes the webspace provider does it for you but you can request the information from them and access your domain registration directly and setup unique and strong identification options.

Great News! YouTube was full of turkish propaganda and lies regarding the armenian genocide. They kept refusing it and kept spreading hate propaganda towards armenians. Now those users won't be able to access their accounts which will be frozen after certain amount of the time. Wise decision turkey!

A senior doctor there told RFE/RL that he died of severe injuries about eight hours later. The doctor, Hovannes Aslanian, said earlier in the day that Hakobian’s chances of survival are slim. “His condition is extremely grave and, I would say, incompatible with life,” he said. “Eighty percent of his body surface is covered by deep burns. On top of that, he has respiratory burns.” Hakobian was said to have chanted anti-government slogans moments before the self-immolation. “Some people tried to put out the fire, but he got totally burned,” said one witness. It was not immediately clear what prompted the 44-year-old father of four to take the extreme and desperate action. His wife and other relatives declined a comment as they arrived at the Yerevan clinic specializing in treatment of burns. Hakobian and his family reside in the village of Dalarik in the southern Armavir region. He reportedly worked in Russia for several years before returning to Armenia recently. The Dalarik mayor, Pargev Saghatelian, said Hakobian has never approached him with any complaints or grievances. “He never lodged any complaints,” Saghatelian told RFE/RL. “He just said once that he wants to borrow a loan.” Prime Minister Andranik Markarian’s office, meanwhile, revealed that it received a letter from Hakobian on February 20 demanding that the government grant him a 10-year interest-free loan in compensation for his bank savings that had been wiped out by the hyperinflation of the early 1990s. According to a government spokeswoman, he complained that his similar letters to President Robert Kocharian and the National Assembly remained unanswered. The official said Hakobian also asked the government to help him get an audience with business tycoon Gagik Tsarukian or opposition leader Stepan Demirchian. He was informed by phone that the government can not deal with such matters, she added. This is the second case of public self-immolation registered in Armenia in less than three months. An elderly woman and her three grandsons set themselves on fire outside Kocharian’s official residence in early December, in protest against an alleged cover-up of the killing of a family member. I think this is a big victory towards the democracy. Now a real patriot who was educated and raised with western civilized values can go to Armenia and participate to the elections as voter or as a candidate(I guess with certain preconditions). This will mark the start of the migration of politically mature and experienced human recourses to our homeland. People with real skills and free from corruption will lead the country towards the commonwealth. Armenia must cooperate and consider the opinion of diaspora and vice versa. It will only benefit from that cooperation. Great Decision!

The stamp includes a mention of the day of assassination of Dink, instead of the seal it is written: "slain journalist," Turkish "Sabah" informs. On the left of the stamp issued by two Armenian citizens it is written "1.5 million +1" which symbolizes the number of the Armenian population massacred during the events of 1915 and Hrant Dink's death.
