lol.. yeah.. apres.. lol.. and im not afriad to say its the hardest degree to achieve.. lol.. materials engineering in particular, and mechanical.. are the most demanding.. both require the same amount of classes and the same classes, so in essence you can major in oth.. lol... anywho.. its been a long day..

thanks Domino for helping me make my point, in my flow chart which lists my future classes, i have a variety of mixture of the hardcore chem and physics classes.. so ofcourse i agree with you physics and chem are intens fields.. but im saying that in addition to the core engineering classes, these are also classes which are required for the degree.. and engineering and medicine at the highest level, are the only professions... ill get you the text for that, i dont wanna make the point of that.. lol.. just give me a day

OK Domino, then lets say this, i agree to your argument here, but i still say.. The % i posted were not from those who change majors, only from the failures at it.. that said, for engineering, there is many chemistry classes as well as physics classes that i have to and am currently taking.. as in, for my major, i have 85% core engineering major classes, apose to most other majors, even BIOCHEM or CHEM or BIOLOGY or even PHYSICS where the perecentage of GE classes are more like 40% or 30% depending.. as apose to the 15 -20% of GE vs core classes i have to ttake.. so.. in the engineering field we have a broad array of aspects we need to cover which includes theory, chemistry, biochem even, and an intensive study in physics.. for the last 25 years the numbers have prooven that engineering is harder than any of the others.. so im not being prejudic here.. what do you suggest that is harder than engineering anyways.. just curious???

id have to disagree sip jan, this is purely speaking of physical perfection.. and i think its surely possible.. but other aspects are other issues.. thats why i made clear in my frist response "PURELY PHYSICALLY SPEAKING"

how in debth have you studied materials engineering Domino? or materials in motion>>??? engineering isnt all that difficult.. but getting the degree requires lot more classes then you may think.. or know of.. or have taken/studied yourself.. trust me.. out of every other school in the universtiy, only 12% of students graduate with bachelors, and only 2% get there masters.. for CSUN, and for other universitites it is very similar.. even specialized ones such as CSM etc.... most of the engineering classes i have righ tnow are hardcore advanced theory based chemistry (not theory as improven facts, theory as conceptual intelect) trsut me, it is by FAR the most difficult degree to have,, the easier ones are computer engineering and electrical engineering.. but civil and mechanical are very very broad...

well once you are in your third year of colelge with the hardest degree in the university, and your teachers lecture like you know everything in between of what he says.. and.. you have responsibilities, stuff you have to pay for, and dont have a job and gas is to expensive.. and.. OH GOSH!!! lol. i can go on.. BUT! Life is great.. i woldnt have it any other way.. we live, we learn.. its a great concept..

its plain wrong, cause everyone in there right minds wants to be treated nicely, and they should treat others the way they would like to be treated unless they are purely hypocrites.. thus,, if you say its kewl with me to go, but you cant.. thats not treating others the same now is it? Plus... clubbing isnt for people in relationships, unless they are together, cause lotta dirty things go on there ..

we can take this to mean that society has become "chicken" or we can say that society is going down the drain humanity wise, and our environment is just plain getting dirty and nasty!.. and that people are less descent, and traffic is worse, thus creating more accidents.. lol..

YES IT IS!!!!1 i hate LA very much soo.. im glad i live in my own world of college, or else i would get sick and die from LA desease.... Its the worst place for everything.. Hollywood, has contribuyted much to the degrading of our culture and.. a travel story..::: Last Year about this time, us engineering students headed for sacramento for some seminars etc... The group was about 12 people, and we were all pretty much friends, and as always i was the only armo, and one american chick and the rest were hispanic.. They are kewl though, no problems there... Once we get to sacramento, and we sit through the first seminar, this is what happens.. We go to our hotel rooms, and then dress in our "party" suits, and head for the clubs.. this is the first day, and its about 6 or so.. lol.. i got sick of the stupid clubs by 9, and left back to my hotel room, only to find my roomate has invited like 15 pople we dont even know for a party in our room.. im like. oHHHH GOOSSSHHH... so i sit around for a while, and drink a little bit.. then see things are getting awfully strange cuase most of these guys and gals are pretty drunk.. lol.. so im like.. screw you guys and head down to the gym. The gym was empty, thank GOD,, or wait.. so i thaught... lol.. there was another couple in the gym "working out" in the corner... and they werent working out there abs or biceps so the sounds got pretty nasty,, as they were drunk to i think, i dont even think they noticed me in there for the 30 minutes i was there.. lol.. then im like thinking to myself.. "who said engineers were "good" folks" lol... everywhere i looked someone was drunk... lol.. so, i went to the pool.. and atleast noone was there.. So till about 1 am i was there,, and when i got back to my hotel room.. there were like 3 people there i had never seen before just kinda sitting around drunk, silent.. lol.. and ofcourse, it had to be next to my room, another couple squeeking the beds.. yeah,,, it was just wrong... lol...anywho.. ill finish later,, class calls.
