I am sorry all but this is starting to really get under my skin. And my anger against these neoconservatives(in my opinion more like neo-Nazi) in office now and pushing for these king of law needs to change. Enough is Enough!!!

Under the auspices of Laci Peterson who was murdered by her idiotic husband for who(Laci) the whole nation felt really sorry for as she was pregnant for some 7-8 months our friends at the neo-Nazi party are trying to pass a law(even named after her) that considers a fetus as a "human being" so that this way Scott would get the death penalty(talk about hypocrites. "Religious" people who have no issue frying other humans) because for murdering 1 person you get life and 2 you can get death.

 

But what this law does is much more than just what is stated above but rather a complete stop to abortions unless the fetus will cause death to the mother and only at that time can a woman have an abortion because at that time it is self defense. WHAT A BUNCH OF A-HOLES...

 

Register to vote everyone. This administration with all their cronies need to be vanished.

Azat, if she was pregnant for 7-8 month, it wasn't a fetus anymore... this has nothing to do with abortion... no physician would accept to abort someone at 7-8 months, even in countries where abortion is recognised and legal, at 7-8 months it is considered as a murder.

 

What I find more hypocrite and a lot worster, is those that are against abortion but are for death penalities. How can you be against what you consider as murder, and to codemn that person that commited the act, by sentencing him of the same thing you think he was sentenced for.

According to Mr. Santorum you can abort a child if there are health implications, since technically you are defending yourself from a fetus-child who is threatening your life, thus in defense you can kill/him her. So in other words you treat certain abortion cases as criminal cases, self defense in case of an attack. Amazing! I think the same applies to sentencing someone to death, an eye for an eye I guess. It's great to know that we have such a just system which doesn't base it's decision on some sentimental or rather political interest in order to commit an act of vengeance.

 

I wish for only one thing: during a public appearance for a reporter to stand up and expose an abortion of a child of some republican rat's mistress to keep it under a wrap. The question which should follow is: "Was the fetus of the child a threat to your mistress’s health, in which case she would have to defend her self of course. And by a threat to her health I mean mental health since it seems that nothing was wrong with her physically." And see the faces of those douche bag senators twitch.

 

Now another question...I am almost positive that about 50% of those fanatical conservatives fighting to return to the "traditional and moral" way of life, screwed several women on a side, with a record of at lest of one abortion. I am sure they don't give a crap whether low income women have abortions or not. So what is really their agenda? As much as I understand, and I could be wrong, taxpayers dollar goes to funding abortions. So it's about money and taxes again and not a question of ethics of otherwise corrupt douchebags.

Eve, I do not think they want to stop abortion because of tax dollars. that is just another excuse that they use. The reason why they want to stop abortion is because of their ultra conservative religious views on things.

 

When they speak they always seem to have this idea that women have abortions just for the heck of it. As if it is some kind of a cool thing to do. These are the same idiots who don't want to pay child support(by the way I myself am not a huge fan of that) yet they want all women to have these babies left and right.

 

As for abortions being exposed by their mistresses, well fortunately these clinics in the US will not release any of this information thus they too get saved by this law.

 

Domino, my point was not about people having abortions in the 3rd trimester but rather this law completely stopping people from having abortions.

I do agree that there are some religious fundamentalists which would rather save a life of a fetus and kill a doctor who helps women. Sure there are some which are upheld by the three dominant monotheistic religions' morals and are pro-life. However those are a few in numbers in the congressional branch. Most of them rely on the anonymity of abortion clinics to remain as serial hypocrites. And I was referring to those officials in particular who wouldn't give a damn whether a woman of a very low income gets pregnant, has 20 children or has 20 abortions. Most of them would never understand hardships of people below their status. Out of mind, out of sight.

 

Now what does matter is how they can completely cut off the hand that feeds those people which they consider a burden to this blossoming nation. That means no taxes are going towards the funding of abortions and certainly no welfare to support them if they decide on parenthood.
