Satan - Satana

Azat

Recommended Posts

are they based on the same word?

Yes they are.

They are both based on A-ZAT-an. :) :)

In fact it comes from the Assyrian Satana, literally "adversary" that appears in almost all the languages of the world. The closest to us, besides the Latin "satan" are the Arabic and Persian "shaitan".

Now, Azat, will you stop your Azat-anayin curses? :) :)

Ask MosJan if he visited the Satani Kamurj in the Goris region.

Did he see you thare? :) :)
