I don't think it's a problem on your PC ... just that the font is too small. In internet explorer, you can go into the "view" menu, and in the "text size" option set it to "largest" temporarily to read the text.  About AOL, I don't know. I'm sure the AOL browser has similar 'View' options extra. Old versions of netscape had a default font section in the preferences - you may just want to have a look around the options...
