You could get tickets for about 100-500 drams (not even $1) to see the Philharmonic Orchestra. Tickets are now usually between 1,000-3,000 drams ($2-5 US). The cool thing is that if you pay a dollar or two to see a concert and you are not impressed (which doesn't usually happen in Armenia) you can just walk out without feeling bad.
