Sebastia
Well, the news is not good at all. We lost our first international game of the year. 2:0 to the Hungarians. We're gonna play Kazakhstan next tomorrow, I hope we can get a win from them. But we were playing with our second team and for the FIRST time in Armenian futbol(soccer) history, we had a black person playing for our national team. His name is Balep Ba Ndumbuk. ( Pretty cool huh!!!!!!!!!! ) Anyways, hopefully we can get a good result tomorrow against the Kazakhs.

Sebastia
btw, what is the status on U-17 and U-19 championships? they haven't began the 2nd round yet. They're still training. I think the U-17s play in March and U-19s in May.

Sebastia
Well, for those of us who care, I'll give you the rest of the results of the tournament. Like I mentioned, the next game(on Thursday) was going to be against Kazakhstan. We played that game well and tied it 3 : 3. The scorers were Galust Petrosyan, Arman Karamyan, and Artavazd Karamyan. It came time for the penalty shootout, and we lost the game 2 : 3 via penalties. http://www.armenianow.com/2004/february20/sports/001.jpg Since we lost to the Kazahks, we were left to play for the sevent place against the Georgians (Vratsineri het). We played that game today and WON!!! 2 : 0. Arman and Artavazd Karamyan were the scorers of the goals. So we clinched seventh place and avoided the wooden spoon!!!! 1. Romania 2. Hungary 3. Belarus 4. Latvia 5. Cyprus 6. Kazakhstan 7. Armenia 8. Georgia
