Accelerated
Saluting dog's owner convicted February 7, 2004 A German man who taught his dog the Nazi salute was handed a 13-month suspended sentence yesterday for shouting "Sieg Heil" in public and wearing a T-shirt with a picture of Hitler on it. Authorities initially charged him for training the dog to salute, but then dropped the charges. Police had stopped the man after he was heard shouting the Nazi slogan. While the police watched, the man also commanded his dog, named Adolf, to raise its right paw upon the command "Do the salute". Displaying Nazi symbols in public is a crime in Germany under laws meant to prevent any Boy dies waiting for superhero to rescue him February 5, 2004 A seven-year-old Indian boy reportedly hanged himself waiting for a television superhero to rescue him. Ravi Kumar was confident he would be saved by Shaktimaan - India's answer to Superman - the Hindustan Times newspaper said yesterday, quoting the boy's friends. Neighbours of the dead boy in the northern city of Agra said Shaktimaan was his hero and he would spend hours imitating him. The boy's father, Rajesh Kumar, said his older son Sonu suffered several fractures after he jumped from the roof of their home, believing he could fly like Shaktimaan. The television show ran into trouble last year after reports that several children had jumped off roofs thinking they were Shaktimaan, or at least hoping that he would save them. Deaths were reported in the states of Bihar in the north-east, Karnataka in the south, Rajasthan in the north-west and Maharashtra in the west. His father now wanted the serial banned, the newspaper reported. Sex-object with bite February 4, 2004 A Thai man was mauled when he drunkenly tried to sexually attack a dog that fiercely resisted his advances. Police in Samut Prakan province, on Bangkok's south-eastern fringes, told the Thai Rath newspaper that Toryip Rawang, 33, had been drinking heavily with friends before Monday's incident. The bloodied man was questioned by police after residents notified local authorities when they saw him walking along a road. He told police he noticed a brown female stray dog wagging its tail and "acting sexy" and pulled it into some tall grass by the roadside. But the dog resisted, biting him on his face, chest and arms before he gave up his attempt and tried to stagger home. Under further questioning he admitted to raping three dogs previously while he was under the influence of alcohol. He told police he always became aroused when he drank heavily but did not have enough money to pay a prostitute. Police said the man was given a rabies shot and was not charged with a crime, but he had fled his home in an apparent effort to avoid public ridicule. source Edited February 8, 2004 by Accelerated

Anileve
Absolutely insane! I was under the impression that in the last case men usually are accustomed to a self fulfilling substitution, these days it's not good enough? The dogs are probably undergoing a psychiatric treatment.
