grig75
Guys and girls, Don't use bowflex machines anymore, they are dangerous. "Hundreds of thousands of popular Bowflex fitness machines are being recalled because of safety problems that have resulted in more than 70 injuries, the government said Thursday." Personally I prefer exercise on fresh air, and don't use any fitness machine. How about you all
gurgen
I prefer push-ups. When I can do them with one hand I will stop
Bakersfieldian
I saw some still for sale at Costco today. That always looked like a piece of junk to me. As far as excercise.......... I work standup (Muai Thai) 4x a week. Grappling 4x a week. San Soo 5x a week.
sev-mard
Tough guy, that's a lot of training. I i'm a ball player and I get bored lifting weights, but I do keep a steady regime of at least 150 pushups a day and about 60-80 pushups. Seperated into morning and night sessions. I'm pretty cut off of just doing that, but my chest could use work, I think you can only really get a big pecs through bench pressing. I may join a gym in Glendale here in the near future though. Bakersfieldian
Well Sev, The exercises you are doing are more than enough. Why worry about "the look"?
sev-mard
Yeah you're right, but I'd just like to be more symmetrical and fill out shirts better. Believe i'm not skinny at all, just working on brining my chest up to where the rest of my body is at.
