Paruyr Sevak abhorred such half-baked notions of "disunity the cause for victimhood." In my opinion, to say that "Empires owe their success to united population" is incredibly superficial and mostly inaccurate. If you examine the intrigue and mayhem of the Persian court, then perhaps you would start thinking in other ways about "why some ethnicities or groups form Empires while others do not." On another example: The Chinese were poised to colonize, but they did not. Does that mean that they had no boats? Waiting for your reply...
