America-Hye
It all has to do with peer group pressure. I associate with vegetarians. We do drink wine at our dinner outings. Greek, Arabic, Armenian HAMOV dishes, TOTALLY vegan.

ExtraHye
I've tried to be a vegetarian. It happened few years ago when I started fasting 40-days before Easter. Then I repeated the same before Christmas. 40-days no meat, no milk, no butter, no nothing. Even abstained from honey-been.I do this every year before Easter... It's the best feeling, your body feels refreshed and cleansed. Not to mention you loose some weight. But I thought this was considered Vegan, not Vegetarian. I could easily become a vegetarian, but I need my dairy.
