No, no. You will get double kov kaka, cow dung from me. Even though I know it, I don't speak that cursed non-langauge of dolma and bsturma. I think Movses has been bringing it up to just get my dander up. TRY AGAIN!!! And see if I will respond in a civil manner, without the use of toxic words..

Just remember, this is HyeForum, not mehmethamidoghlu forum. Here we speak Armenian, not ahmedian.

Temperature shifts in Armenia didn’t affect agriculture: Ministry

YEREVAN, March 22. /ARKA/. Temperature teetering didn’t really do any harm to the agrarian sector of Armenia, Garnik Petrosyan, Deputy Agriculture Minister, told reporters on Friday.

Weather temperatures dropped sharply early in March to -7C in some regions.

On March 15-17, the temperatures rose by 8-10 degrees causing bloom of some fruit trees, such as grape and apricot, in the Ararat plain and Syunik region.

“We were afraid that temperature shifts will have a negative impact on the future harvest, however, the shifts were not huge, and no significant precipitation was recorded those days. Thus, no dangerous flooding appeared,” Petrosyan said.

He added the temperature in Armenia usually teeters till April 20-22, that’s why it is early to speak about harvest volumes till that.

According to him, the temperature is forecasted to drop on March 25 and reach 0C in the Ararat plain.

“Weather forecasters say low temperature degrees will not last for long, it means the harvest will not be affected,” he said.

Agricultural output in Armenia in 2012 valued at nearly 840.4 billion drams, which was 9.5% higher from a year earlier. -0-

Ayo Movses, yes al nmnaapes qez :ap: voghjagourem :ap: Bayts khndrem, aghajem yev paghatim or furkeren chi khoses.

Please, when we speak about Armenian culture, and Armenian foodstuff, let us at least use their Armenian names, not that g-damn language.

The reason whyI will not open those so called At,rmian cookbooks and spend hours looking for Armenian names of our delicacies.

Are you sure it is not Toros-Khan-ian, like Yeprem Khan. Maybe even Torgom-ian.

Also see Toros Ishkan in Raffi's David Bek.

In only a few weeks we will be crossing the ocean and heading home ... my daughter (2.5 years old) will be treading the land of her ancestors ... as the departure date approaches my stress level rises. How am I going to keep my hyperactive munchkin from driving everyone crazy on that plane? Having taken the cross-Atlantic flight several times in the past I know how annoying the whole situation can be. Ay ay ay ay ay ...

Best to ask your doctor, see what he/she will say. Children,s Benadryl might be of help.

My hyperactive munchkin is also a hyper defensive drama queen when it comes to taking meds. We have tried all suggested and crazy methods to make her take meds when needed - nothing has has worked. We have been lucky since she has overcome things on her own. She does not even want to give chewables a try. So Benadryl is out of the question. We do plan to be equiped with several fully charged electronics ... I just don't know if that will keep her occupied for 10+ hours (considering the discomfort kids experience on planes).

It is curious that you bring up “chewing”.

Tots of that age are keenly sensitive to compression at ascent and decompression at descent when they may experience severe earache. I personally know this. Getting back to chewing, yes chewing gum, if they know how may help, even yawning or sucking on a pacifier/ thumb sucking.

See Eustachian Tube.

Yes, I do plan on having gummies (candy) on hand and bread (since she loves bread) ... but have not taught her how to chew gum yet.
