Ani
Couple of years ago I was counting days to be out of CSUN...Today, I was happy to be back...It is weird how human "wants" and "don't wants" vary over time...

Anoushik
I was joking that I'm going to end up watching the World Cup final in the hospital ... and that is exactly what ended up happening. On July 10th my husband and I became the proud parents of a little angel We named her Նարե ... Motherhood is a true blessing. The sleep deprivation is taking its toll on both of us but when she looks at us with her big dark eyes or makes funny faces, we forget all the fatigue and just melt under her spell.Congratulations Nane jan!!! :) (The summer flew by so quickly that I didn't realize it's been that long since I visited the forum!) Arpa
Ber iren im qov@s. I'll sing for him.Bring him over. Let me sing Qoun Eghir Balas as I have sung to my children (btw, I can sing, and I have sung it many times)It must be sung in a whisper, unlike our goddess diva Gohar where the way she sings would wake up even the dead. Of course, we know that at the time she was at her last “breath” and had to PUSH and scream. This is the worst rendition of the song. How does a baby sleep at that shrill screaming? Let me sing with my velvety baritone.I lost all respect listening to this.Is that how a mother sings? Is she lulling a baby to sleep or to wake up the dead? Why does not she sing Wake up my Child/ԶարթիրԼաօ?The way she sings even I have to cover my ears to save my hearing. I don't know who this singer is? She may as well be my mother , my sister, my wife or my da ughter. Obviously, judging from the diction a western Armeian. This is how I would sing it.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTGQD_QK4BA&feature=related Edited August 31, 2010 by Arpa

Nané

Ani
Today, I figured that fire alarms can be actually scary (on top of being annoying) when accompanied with lots of smoke...Everyone was complaining how scary and dangerous it was working on the 9th floor, but they all stopped after seeing two dentists carrying the patient who was unconscious under the anesthesia, she was having her wisdom teeth removed...In conclusion, it is a good idea to have your dentist on the first floor...
