MosJan Posted June 27, 2004 Report Share Posted June 27, 2004 if anyone will ever like to go to Ughtasar - ASK ME !!! - do not make this commitment unless your willing to walk 3/4 of the way - it's like claiming MT Aragts from Byurakan if any of you need's help on haw to get to the top just ask. – have made some contacts and know some good people in IshxanaGyur , ( most of the villagers are from Azerbedjan , and have moved in after 1988. Lav Jorovurd en Hatsov Mardiq en !!! if your in Iashxanasar in April to June ask to see if you can get any “GaranDmak” mushroom / the local food is and Vodka are fantastic. not many know the location of Ughtasar - if you ask in sisyan most 90% will point you to Aghotaran ( Arotarran ) it's on the south sid of Sisyan - After Salvad Village AKA Salvador ( no complains in Salvad good food - Wine and Garan Dmak are one of the best ) Aghotaran is on the border of Nakhijevan and Sisyan – the military posts are on the top – 99% you will not get up there no matter haw much you offer $$$$$$– azeris are shutting from snipers across from the walleye Ughtasar is unique experience and yes Raffi was correct. go in August or September – I have made 2 attempts – only to get on to the top second time Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
