Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has highly assessed the cooperation with Hungarian side in the extradition of the Azerbaijani officer, official representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elman Abdulayev said. According to musavat.com, classmate of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ilham Ragimov was dealing with the extradition of Safarov. Safarov axed Armenian officer Gurgen Margaryan on February 19, 2004 during the English language course in Budapest within the framework of NATO’s Partnership for Peace program. These Hungarians are partly Turk in addition, so what could we expect? Still believe in European "values"? Just imagine a Jew having been murdered for having been a Jew, not even in such gruesome manner, by a racist German, then they would release the murderer and hail him as a hero in Germany.
