If we do not establish strong democratic values then these slogans will remain as cultural clichés without any value collecting dust on some corrupt president’s cousin elected educational minister or cousin uncle Moso as defense minister or second cousin edo as propaganda minister and the meanwhile ordinary people would wait for the slogans to bare fruit. I cannot be more explicit.

LOL well rubo, i got to go man. I don't mean to embarrass you anymore, but for sake of not giving you a chance to change the suject, 1000+1 time i have to repeat...

in our democracy, armenians, will unite with the same cause to build a strong future. today's priority is the economy and the defense of our borders. tomorrow we'll changed it to somethign elses by knowing, that we are united and we are cutting the loses.

It is funny that you take exclusive right to the name EDO. Honestly you were not even on my radar screen.I Choose it mechanically. Will Ashot do it?

:eyemouth:Boo:jumping:

By the way you never understood the core content.

Dear Seaphan,

Would you mind asking MJ what he means by "the heavy stone dragging it down". I figure that "it" stands for "The Republic of Armenia", but I can't place "the heavy stone". Would you be so kind to ask him? From what I understand he loathes speaking to his worst pupils, and since I'm a broken clock that cannot be fixed, he discards everything I have to say or ask. Would you mind doing me that favor, please?

Forever grateful,

Nairi

No Problem.

Dear MJ,

Could you please clarify what you mean by "the heavy stone dragging it down"? I ( since it's too early in the morning for me to start to think) figure that "it" stands for "The Republic of Armenia", but I can't place "the heavy stone".

Seaphan jan, could you do me one last favor please, and ask MJ what language "Cut the loses" is in? I looked up "lose" and "loses" in the dictionary and couldn't find an entry under "noun". "Loses" can only be used as a verb, 3rd person singular, present simple tense.

Could you ask MJ what he means by that expression? I'm having trouble understanding the message he's trying to convey to this forum.

Nairi

as i see it, the only sound reason out of those three is the second one.
