How did you get to be a moderator? And now that we are running out of argument we get personal? How did Sip become a mod? Arpa
I wrote "Our Noah's Ark" to and for Christians. I'm not interested in the opinions of atheists. My grandfather used to say "live and learn". How true! And now we learn that Noah was Christian???? And that his "ark" was in fact a "kirk/church"???Was Julius Caesar Christian? W e will see the connection in another post in Language. Hint. Pontiff.Dear "mickey" your ark is leaky and your oars are broken. Please don't ask me how we spell "oar" in Armenian. Sip
I have been serious. You should know the truth by your Christian studies. If you have never studied the Bible, how can you know the difference? It appears that you haven't spent much time learning, or you don't care, which amounts to the same thing. I said lets be serious. Instead of answering my question, you are starting to insult my intelligence for some reason. Why? I asked a simple question. On what basis should I "believe" your "theory"? You are certainly not God so your words can definitely be wrong. We know that God's word is True. So let's take your first claim: Rev. 13:1 - The beast with seven heads and ten horns. The seven heads are seven nations. The ten horns are ten kings. The beast is a group of nations that will wage war or the leader of those nations. Literally, it is Israel and the Muslim nations that surround her. Do you mean to imply God somehow created, acknowledges, or recognizes those "Nations"? Nations are man-made. They can change any day by redrawing some arbitrary line, through conquest, or through purchase. What possible reason would I have to believe that your claim about somehow these "nations" are part of God's plan or anything that God would have at all recognized as "entities" (let alone talk about or prophecise) is at all True? It is absolutely insulting to me that you would imply the Christian God has any notion of, or cares at all about these "7 Arab Nations" and their "leaders". So I ask again, on what basis should I "believe" YOUR theory? Also this entire notion of God "prophecies" seem quite ridiculous to me. Why would God need to make prophecies in such obscure ways? Michae1
I said lets be serious. Instead of answering my question, you are starting to insult my intelligence for some reason. Why? I asked a simple question. On what basis should I "believe" your "theory"? You are certainly not God so your words can definitely be wrong. We know that God's word is True. So let's take your first claim: I am serious and I'll say it again. Your Christian studies should tell you whether I am right. You are also right that I am not God. This is why I say you have to rely on your Christian studies. The words are all there. The answer is there. If you can't see the answer, when it is plainly written, why do you need to know anything else? I have absolutely no hope that any answer I could give to your questions would influence you at all. Evidence of that, your little credit card treatise. I have no intention of telling you everything I know, nor could I. I gave you the high points. And as I said earlier, I don't care whether you believe me and I've had enough ridicule. This is my last post. All I came to say was, if you take my first post seriously, now would be a good time to start watching...Michae1

You may mock my credit card interpretation of the Lord's word as you wish. But to me, what I said fits the prophecies just as well as yours does (if not better). MosJan
Noah’s Ark https://brobible.com/culture/article/declassified-cia-documents-governments-search-noahs-ark/ Declassified CIA documents reveal the U.S. government’s lengthy search for the fabled Noah’s Ark from the Bible. They also reveal how the government repeatedly denied access to any images of the area that were taken by satellites and spy planes during those searches, claiming the images were classified. Noah’s Ark is massive boat that is discussed in the Book of Genesis in the Bible. The ark was supposedly constructed by Noah after God warned him of an impending worldwide flood. Noah, his family, and one pair of every animal species in the world were loaded on to the boat. They were to be placed there in order to survive a rainstorm lasting 40 days and 40 nights while God cleansed the Earth of the wickedness of humanity. For decades, if not centuries, people have been searching for Noah’s Ark. Among those people, apparently, were some within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Declassified CIA documents reveal that the U.S. government has been interested in a location 18 miles south of Mount Ararat in Turkey. In the Bible, Genesis 8:4 reads, “And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.” These CIA documents also reveal that the U.S. government has been searching for Noah’s Ark around Mount Ararat since at least 1957. From 1974 to 1982, the CIA used images from satellites and spy planes after the Director of Central Intelligence requested a search evidence of the Ark at that location. Lt. Col. Walter Brown, a high ranking official in the U.S. Air Force, also requested that the CIA develop and advanced technology looking for satellite photography of Mount Ararat, DailyMail.com reports. This request was made to determine “whether any evidence of the Ark could be found.” Over the next eight years, the CIA documented 10 more requests from high-profile individuals with ties to the government about Mt. Ararat and Noah’s Ark. This included members of Congress, a former astronaut, and several officials from the DCI’s Intelligence Community Staff. epeated Freedom of Information Act requests for the surveillance photos of the area that were taken by the CIA were denied despite the government claiming there was no evidence that Noah’s Ark had been found. In March, Mount Ararat was the same location that scientists from Istanbul Technical University, Agri Ibrahim Cecen University, and Andrews University in the United States claimed to be the location of fossilized remains of a massive vessel. “Our studies show that this region harbored life in that period and that, at some point, it was covered by water, which reinforces the possibility that a catastrophic event of great magnitude occurred,” the scientists stated. MosJan
CIA's covert hunt for Noah's Ark sparks new questions amid claims Biblical boat has been found https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-14547623/cia-noahs-ark-search-document-biblical-ship-found.html After scientists recently claimed to locate Noah's Ark, an unearthed CIA document reveals that the agency knew where the Biblical ship has been for over 50 years. A four-page report known as 'Report Re: Noah's Ark' details how the CIA secretly searched for the Ark's location for nearly a decade, hoping to prove the legend true. According to the Bible, God commanded Noah to build a vast ship, the Ark, capable of saving himself, his family, and a pair of each of the world's animals from a Great Flood that wiped out all living things on Earth. While Noah's story is known worldwide, no evidence of Ark has ever been found. Scientists this month declared that a boat-shaped mound 18 miles south of Mount Ararat in Turkey is actually the fossilized remains of a massive vessel. Soil samples showed traces of clay-like materials, marine deposits, and ancient remnants of marine life dating back to the time of Noah. The team also suggested that the findings showed human activities in around Mt Ararat. The CIA file, declassified in 2002, appears to reveal that the US intelligence community has had their eyes on this exact spot since 1957. The agency investigated Mt Ararat from 1974 to 1982 using images from satellites and spy planes after the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) requested for any evidence of the Ark sitting at the site.
