Nostradamus Rasputinsky? 12:30 05/03/2009 RUSSIAN ASTRONOMER: CRISIS OVER IN 2020 The financial crisis will be over on 21 December, 2020, says a group of Russian astronomers who applied to the State Duma of Moscow to get license for their activities. Astronomer Pavel Globe says that the economic and political systems in the world will be changed. Regarding Russia, he says that the country will face three stages of the crisis tension – in 2012, 2014 and 2016-2018. Russian astronomers made some previsions for the USA notifying that it was said earlier that the blacks would govern the country.
