I also thought of when your lipstick is smeared across your face and teeth. Generally that's a good sign that you've gone bonkers. Luckily, when I put on my lipstick, it's all applied equally on my lips, and it doesn't stray off the lip. Mind you, obsessive control of lipstick application (to make sure that the lip is entirely covered and yet none whatsoever touches any neighbouring facial tissue) can also be a good indicator of certifiable craziness.
