14. FAVOURITE DESSERT? Pizookie from BJ's Restaurant and Brewery

Ha ha ... one time (a few years ago) 2 buddies and I were at BJ's near UCLA watching an NBA finals game. We ate and were done but didn't want to leave since the game wasn't over. There was a huge line forming outside so the waiters were giving us the looks to just pay and leave. Well, unfortunately the game went to over time and we just had to stay.

So we each ordered a pizookie ...

Oh my god what a mistake :D All 3 of us combined probably couldn't eat as much as a single pizookie ... let alone 3 whole ones with the ice cream. But we just had to keep eating and eating and eatingn ..

after a while, I blanked out from the sugar high so I don't even know what happened to the end of the game. :P :D :o

Yeah, I can never finish one on my own, but I end up ordering one for myself anyway. :D

The BJ's I go to in West Covina is always packed, even on weekdays.

Two days before President Kennedy was shot my grandmother was hysterically telling eveyone (in Armenian) that he was going to be shot. We didn't listen to her as she had been plagued with post-traumatic stress syndrome since 1915 and we knew that she was somewhat unhinged. I have had very unusual experiences with this type of thing as well, but I do not have control of it.

Lol Phantom. Could you please be more specific about that extra sense?

Well-well,

It seems I'm destined to suffer from constant jet lag on this forum considering the time difference between the UK and the US.

First a question for you. Is not The UK farther, distance-wise, from Russia or Armenia than Italy? I believe that it is. Where do you consider to be home?

Phantom22, my father is from Armenia, my mother is from Russia (but also of Armenian decent). I was born and raised in Russia, arrived in the UK 7 months ago to do my master's in communication at Cardiff Media School (located in Wales).

go figure this one

Mosjan could i have a bigger PM box?

Ed, this remark referred to Anahid's post. You should remember she invited you to come along to eat sushi off some gorgeous girl and do it in the way you like best – hot!.Hope no any other wonders left;)

Well, I'm glad that you all liked the idea with my mini questionnaire. I bet even you, HyeForum regulars, uncovered some unexpected truth about each other. Great you all enjoyed it!

Anait

Dear Anait; I welcome you again and I thank you for your kind response and your general kind remarks. You seem to be a real swell girl and I wish you every success with your studies. :)

Anait jan; on this Forum we all joke around a great deal; everybody pulls everyone's legs and we all have an entertaining time and some laughs too. Mine was a jest followed by Ed's jest and pictures of hot sushi photo. I only jested back to his, as we all have in the past.

Ed; It is not so, and there is no point to point fingers and be defensive or make each other defensive. If we are friends then lets be one. We have in the past communicated be it PM's or on the Forum, I came to you with my sometimes Forum problems or some Forum members problems, I have asked you advices, unfortunately we have also argued some and then make up, I have also given you effective and very good prayers and suggestions about your late illnesses, and we had a great deal of jokes, jests and laughs too. Lets stay mature about it and let's not make our good hearty laughs into sour.

Happy Mother's Day to all!!! :)

Anaitka, what do you want to do after your Masters is done?

Maral, I try not to plan far ahead, but unless I find a job here I should be back home in late September. The thing is that being an international student I need a work permit to stay in the UK and enjoy all the benefits attached (=be fairly paid). I can't say I have applied to many places but the point is that employers prefer to take on locals and avoid any embassy problems that internationals bring along.

Besides my intention is just to stay here for a little while (say, 6-12 months), gain some work experience and then fly back home and make a contribution to the country that gave me everything. It doesn't seem like a good deal to the British employers though.

I think Anait with her smarts and very good disposition about things she could very well be the head of any company she deems pleases. :) :)

Thanks for this, Anahid.
