Armenak
Via Wikipedia: Steve Jobs was born in San Francisco[1] to American Joanne Carole Schieble and Syrian Abdulfattah John Jandali, a graduate student who later became a political science professor.[9] One week after birth, Jobs was put up for adoption by his unmarried mother, who was also in graduate school. He was adopted by Paul and Clara (née Hagopian) Jobs of Mountain View, Santa Clara County, California. They gave him the name Steven Paul Jobs. His biological parents later married and gave birth to Jobs' sister, the novelist Mona Simpson, whom Jobs did not meet until they were adults. The marriage of his biological parents ended in divorce years later. Jobs dislikes hearing the "adoptive parents" appellation applied to Paul and Clara Jobs and refers to them as his only parents. So his adoptive mother is probably Armenian? Interesting!

Jobs, who has recently resigned as chief executive of Apple Inc. in a stunning move that ended his 14-year reign at the technology giant he co-founded in a garage, is known to have been brought up by a woman of Armenian origin, Clara Jobs (née Hagopian) and Paul Jobs as an infant. Milliyet reported that the book titled Steve Jobs: A Biography by Walter Isaacson reveals an interesting detail about Job's adoptive mother as it says Clara Jobs is the daughter of an Armenian family who immigrated to the US from Turkey's Malatya province following the 1915 incidents during the World War I in Ottoman territories that resulted in the deaths of many Armenians. The book reportedly says Clara's father Louis Hagopian was born in Malatya in 1894 and her mother Victoria Artinian was born in İzmir in 1894. ** Yes, of course, she immigrated on a luxury jetliner. Jobs floated through India in the mid 70s in search of spiritual guidance prior to founding Apple. It is believed that he suggested the name to his friend and co-founder Steve Wozniak after a visit to a commune in Oregon he referred to as an "apple orchard“Another legend I heard, is when in India he went unshaven and unbathed for long times and that he went on an “apple“ diet to avoid having to bathe.
