Lawsuit against Armenia in ECHR

Turkish engineer Melih Vidinli filed an application against Armenia at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), demanding 150 million euros of compensation for financial loss. In his petition, Vidinli said that his company has lost some tenders due to Armenia's "genocide policy."

Z>> I don't know what this guy sells as an engineer, but if he has lost business it cetrainly is not Armenia's fault, If he is stupid enough to sue Armenia for "genocide policy", he cannot be much smarter in conducting his own business.

Wouldn't it be funny if the court rules that since the Armenian genocide is indisputable, the loss of the Turk's business is his own misfotune. This way we would have a European court ruling on the genocide AND make a Turk pay all the court expenses for this ruling. :D

I think he is talking about cancelled contracts with countries that accepted the Genocide.

He should sue the Turkish government for their retaliatory action, those countries didn't cancel the cotracts.

You never know maybe his aim is to get to his own government indirectly through the European Court.
