MosJan
Another Diamond Processing Unit To Be Built in Stepanakert In the place of the former Silk Factory of Stepanakert a new diamond processing factory will be built. The Karabakh Open learned this from the Minister of Territorial Governance and Development of Infrastructures Armo Tsatryan. The factory will be built by Microcut Diamonds which is likely to invest 1.5 million dollars and employ about 200 people.
