Eurocentric
Still without a middle class and economical growth in the countryside. Greater influx of immigrants from Iran and India. Even more traffic in Yerevan. I do see a trend in cultural restoration and rebirth. The social problems will persist unless a strong middle class is sustained with a working class backbone. More factories less churches.
gamavor
....lots of Diaspora Armenians rediscovering Armenia who are sick and tired of living among rednecks!
Yervant1
1. Artsakh will be aknowledged by other countries as part of Armenia or independant country. 2. Turkey will aknowledge AG and open the border with Armenia. 3. Elections will be more transparent and democracy will improve. 4. Better standard of living and better employment conditions. 5. Country side will improve but not drastically. 6. Armenia will be a more important player in the area. These are all optimistic and wishfull thinking on my part but they are not far fetched. karakash
A view of Mt. Ararat from the other side. Raffi Hovanissian as president. A new Catholicos of All Armenians. None of the above will happen by 2020. One can only hope.

Zartonk
Armenia's economy has had considerable growth thanks in part to investment in IT, her other major cities have slowley seen development, Culture and wellfare of life is on the upside, (let's dream) corruptio has lowered and lowered, literacy rate remains at a 100%, the Genocide has gained more ground despite America's, Israel's continuing failure to fully acknowledge it, the Republic of Artsakh has won the recognition of certain UN countries, Azeri Armenophobia hasn't been silenced, and Turks are still bastards. ....lots of Diaspora Armenians rediscovering Armenia who are sick and tired of living among rednecks! Couldn't be more from the heart... (Diasporan-Hyeastantsi relations have far advanced)
