Johnson's Disciple
Can anyone please tell me where I might be able to download Clarence Ussher's book, A Physician in Turkey. I am a freelance research librarian trying to gather some information for an Armenian client in NC. His family was in Turkey from 1909 - 1922. Some of his relatives were lost in the Armenian Genocide. I'm trying to gather as much info for him as I can. I don't know if Ussher's book will help but if I could download a copy I could do a word search. Thanks to anyone who could possibly help me. Take Care & Be Well! vava
It's a difficult task you have embarked upon. Many of us who lost family during the Genocide often don't have much of a trace to 'research'. Good luck to you, I wish you the best. As for Usher's book - I haven't seen a copy online. If the good folks at Armenian House don't have it, they may be able to point you in the right direction.

If it is really important for you to get it, I could provde you a vectorial text format of the entire book in 2-3 weeks. Regards
