Sip
http://www.motorsportscenter.com/uploads/pgt_frnt_l03_001.jpg I saw a Carrera GT yesterday while driving around town. It was the first time I had seen one of these in person and OH MY GOD. The looks are UNBELIEVABLE. I was stopped at a red light on a up hill section and I was a few cars back at at that point. The light turned green and he just slightly tapped on the gas ... instantly he was like 4 cars ahead of the guy next to him with the most AWESOME rumble and buzz I have ever heard ... sounded like a Formula 1 car. http://www.edge-inc.net/images/cars/rear-porsche-carrera-gt.jpg At some point I pulled to the next lane and let him pass me so I could get a look ... and I got a real good look sitting high in the jeep! I had a bird's eye view almost The license plate was also pretty cool ... it said "ENZO ETR" FYI, that thing has a 5.7 L V10 making something like 605 HP ... and they run at or around a mere 1/2 mil ... man I'm still moist! phantom22
Hey Sip, When I only saw the title to your post, I thought that you had wet your pants.
Accelerated
I still prefer the conventional coupe shape and think this is the sexier car: http://www.channel4.com/4car/media/A/aston-martin/vantage-v8/03-large/vantage-desert-f3q.jpg http://www.astonmartin.com/content/allsites/images/800_600_imageGallery_V8_Vantage_1_7da07994-b3d1-4ff1-95a1-c333f6107d08.jpg http://www.channel4.com/4car/media/A/aston-martin/vantage-v8/03-large/vantage-desert-r3q-2.jpg

Sip
Sip, I almost thought you took the first picture while you were driving. style_images/master/snapback.png I wish ... with the kinds of cars I usually drive, by the time I try to take a picture something like that will look like a dot in the horizon. Juggy, I have to say that that is also my preferred style. That's why my favorite for a long time was the 360 Ferrari. But now, having seen the GT in person, I'm not sure anymore. Realistically speaking though, in terms of affordability and the order in which realistically I could ever own a "super" car, I would have to rank things like this: 1. STi ~$32K -- I'd call this affordable. 2. Corvette Z06 with the 505HP LS7 engine, and starting at around $65K, I'd call this a somewhat affordable dream. 3. Porsche GT3 at around $100K ... next best option 4. Ferrari F430 Coupe ~$200K 4. GT Carrera GT --- $500K+ eeeeeh forget about it.
Azat
Sip, was that sighting in Wisconsin?
Sip
Sip, was that sighting in Wisconsin? style_images/master/snapback.png Yah right here in Madison which added to the strangeness of the whole thing. You barely see any high end luxury cars (like beamers, mercedeces, etc) let alone anything like this. People seem to be happy with their hondas and toyotas around here.
