Zartonk
Since there seems to be a lack of websites concerning prominent Armenian artists (visit my post on Sourenyants: ), I felt a responsiblity to share my select favorites - which is about all of them as of right now- on this relatively sleepy, undisturbed topic. I mean we as a people are a coumpound of two elements: dard or pain & arvest or art. So It'll cause me lots of happiness to see more posts about painters, sculptors, and etc. It is unhread of enough in the rest of the world, so lets appreciate & preserve it among us first so they can eventully start to as well. http://www.armsite.com/painters/ http://www.itgateway.com/unesco/fullpage.htm [/url] http://www.iatp.am/culture/ http://www.ararat-eskijian-museum.com/ http://www.itgateway.com/unesco/default.html and last but not least the best from home: www.gallery.am/ : National Gallery of Armenia Please dont withhold any others. Merci! Edited June 11, 2005 by Zartonk

Zartonk
My pleasure, Maral. Great to hear that Armenian parents encourage their kids in such way. Honestly, Thank you. By the way, may I ask what perish you belong to? Edited June 10, 2005 by Zartonk

Zartonk
Welcome Armat, & thanks gamavor. Edmond's style reminds me of Miro. I also found a few decorations for my room's walls in the posters section! Speaking of Roslin, are there any links to Toros Roslin's manuscript illuminations on the web?
