At the same time it proves that the conflict is not frozen and it demands a solution,” R. Harnish told journalists Wednesday. We cannot coolly observe what happens on the front line. Time has come to take specific measures and the whole responsibility for future resumption of hostilities is on Armenia,” the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan told the Caucasian Knot. Dave Posted March 17, 2005 Report Share Posted March 17, 2005 I have checked Azeri news sites. Sometimes, I read articles saying that an Azeri soldier had ''accidentally'' crossed the border. These Azeris are out of the ordinary. They even kill their own people in order to victimize themselves and make it look like their enemies did it.
