Sasun
I discovered an advertizing program called "The BullsEye Network" which pops up windows anytime I go to a new page on internet explorer. I believe it does other bad things to my computer. Anyway, I am trying to unistall it from the Add or Remove Programs menu. When I do that nothing happens, it just does not get uninstalled. Any experience with this? How to get rid of this program? Is there any other way to uninstall programs?
Sip
I would first try Spybot. After instaling spybot, update it to the latest version using the built in feature and then let it run and do it's thing.

The funny thing is when I went to a page to download Spybot an advertizing window popped up to a website for some other spy removal software
