  1. In a small country like Armenia, telecommunication should belong to a trusted internal organization for security reasons. I think it’s a huge mistake to give away one’s telecommunication to foreign entities. Certain things should not be sold to others, communication and energy are two of the most important items.
  2. I think you are right, so if the women are higher than 3% probably men are higher than 70% too!
  3. In the latest issue of National Geographic an interesting map was present showing the number and percent of smokers in each country. Not surprisingly Armenia ranks number one with the highest percent of male smokers in the world 70%. 3% of the females smoke in Armenia.
  4. I have had many positive responses to my panoramic images. There are many more from many of the ancient churches that I will add in time. In the mean time I just have added another full immersion 360-degree panorama. This one from the Geghart yard. Geghart Panorama Like the other spherical panos you can rotate around the scene using your mouse. Check out the complete list of panoramas (19 so far) to date below: Panorama Page When I feel I want to visit Armenia I take a look at these panoramas. View and enjoy.
  5. I figured many Armenians post their photos on Yahoo or other sites that limit the size of the file and some keep the pics on a limited time. This way anyone can upload any size photos up to 4000x4000 pixels, keep them as much as they want. Create their own albums or put photos in existing albums. As far as backup and security is concerned, I have done my best to address that issue too, so hopefully this site is safe. I hope people realise the advantage and start using it.
  6. Two years ago I started a site called PhotoArmenia.com with the idea of giving all Armenians a site where they could upload their travel photos to Armenian related locals such as Armenia, Iran or Lebanon, Canada for example. Unfortunately it was hacked last October while I was in Armenia. The hacker redirected the site to some turkish propaganda site. I hate to say it but the hacker succeeded to destroy the site and hundreds of photos in it. I restart the site, hopefully this time safer. I want to let everyone know that your family, friend, travel and other photos can be uploaded in your created albums. Please check it out, see if it is any good and give me your opinion. Should I keep the site up or you think it should be closed.
  7. I saw your photo site and liked it. It's good to see more and more Armenian photo sites on the net. Just to let you know, I have added your site to my photo page as a link. www.armenianpages.com I think we should support eachother anyway we can and be united. Best wishes to you. albert
