I must say you sure haven't looked close enough... Re the contaminated bill, it neither proves anything nor is it related to anything above... May Russians buy drugs by coins? Or they barter? A bag of weed costs half a chicken? Maybe the Russian dogs are too drunk or inadequately trained to detect drugs? I think the outrange is less economic and more social and political issue... the distrust toward Russia is totally understandable, taking into account Russia's aggressive grab of almost all of Armenia's infrastructural and energy sectors... and who do we have in the union? central Asian countries, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine? countries that score less-than-free in pretty much all socioeconomic and political indexes? who wants to be associated with them? now if we had much more progressive country, with solid foundation, independent mindset, embracing free and fair social and political ideals, and with a position to dictate its will, and this union was to be of purely economic benefit, then it would have not been such a big deal. unfortunately, that is not the case with our country. it's like having your teenage daughter justifying her friendship with a druggy degenerate just because it's very convenient for her to carpool with him... you very well know where that friendship is going to take her...
