You are right the border certainly keep closed.There is no reason to open the border.

The kurds are playing with fire when the oil is over in Iraq (scientists beleives max 50 years) and If the US leaves Iraq then who will portect kurds from Arabs and Turks. Stop rely on US. The world is going to be end. Revenges for sure be executed by victims.
