  1. Happy birthday to all of you lovely Leos! Is it me or does it seem that the world is full of Leos? Personally I wish I was a different sign, a Gemini perhaps or a Cancer.

    Dubai

I heard that it's stunning! I would love to visit one day. It's one of the business capitals which seems to be completely removed from the rest of its nation.
  3. This is absurd and absolutely ridiculous! There is a new member, who is currently viewing the board, by the name of Evelin. Is someone deliberately trying to drive me mad? So far we have: ANI, Eva, Evelin I hope we get: Evelina, Evelyn, Evochka, Evulya, Eve, Evelinochka -and- Anile, Anileve, Anolove, Anoleve, Analeve, Analove, Anylyve
  4. Not necessarily. I wouldn't mind paying for a great tutorial software. However, the ebooks I want for zero dollars.

Oh I see.... I never used the Login link on top of the main page, I would only use the login bars on the side. Tanx!

I meant anonymous logins. How can that be done? As far as posts go, you can only see your most recent ones.
  7. Oh, that was so fun! It reminds me of my old forum and Anonymouse.

    Forum Questions

    - Can people see comments left on someone's profile page? In other words, are comments public or private? - How can someone become an Anonymous member? - How can I see all of my posts? There was an option available before. - Can I delete my own threads?
  9. I'm looking for a tutorial software for Excel for advanced users. I had a SIMNET cd-rom from McGraw Hill, but it's locked for an installation on one pc station only. It's pretty cool, eventhough there is no audio, it's interactive and it offers little exams. There is a CBT tutorial, but it's only visual not interactive. Does anyone know of a good tutorial for Excel? Also perhaps some of you know some downloadable documents with Excel tips and tricks or ebook tutorials? Your help is greatly appreciated!
  10. All of you are too lazy to post your lists! Here is mine (partial): The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand Martin Eden - Jack London Three Comrads - Erich Maria Remarque The Sun Also Rises - Ernest Hemingway The Old Man and the Sea - Ernest Hemingway The Unbearable Lightness of Being - Milan Kundera The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain Adventures of Huck Finn by Mark Twain Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë Frankenstein by Mary Shelley The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde Brave New World by Aldous Huxley The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas The empty mirror; experiences in a Japanese Zen monastery by Janwillem Van de Wetering (this one is fantastic! Search for the truth, meaning of life, self disciplining and finding out if any of them mean anything, all through fiction) The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown to be continued...
  11. I like that movie, have to watch it again. Did you find it realistic at all?
  12. Kevin Costner is not alright period. Sorry Takoush, but he's like a painful bunion. I like Tom Hanks and Meg in "Sleepless in Seattle" a little better. You've got mail was a little awkward.
  13. Tanks tanks very much. Now can you post your list, oh vava-the wondorous-mangificentous moderatous?

Before the Iron Chef competition we should have the "Who's more modest competition?." I am not sure which one will be more challenging. We can come up with questions related to all the things that vava and Azat can do superbly well, and see which one of you appears to be more modest in denying most vigorously your great skills and achievements. It's sounds like a grand event! Forget about popcorn, I am bringing oysters and champagne for that one.
  15. You are an inconsiderate woman, nairi. And you are looking for an easy way out, you can't wish everyone Happy Birthday in advance. That's just...not done! Now look at me, I have been here fore every birthday, I've watched so many people grow and others never grow and some move to other things and some never change their avatar (ahem vava). Egh, grandma Evy's gettin' old!
  16. Thanks, but I am sure you have other books on your list.
  17. My m in "must read" came out lower case, I am not very pleased. Can one of the mods please change it to an upper case "M"?
  18. Are you surprised? Mostly everything usually goes past Armenia's economy.
  19. This is the next best thing to the best comedy out there. This beats it all!!!! Vay vava, tip es!
  20. Share your lists of "Must Read" books! What do you think everyone should read at least once in their lifetime?
  21. Xappy Birzday Zarton!!!! Have a fantastic day and evening!

Thanks Ashot! That's the idea, give the recpie away and invite us over! Please...Vava and I can be little helpers around the kitchen. Well actually vava and Azatyushkin can have an Iron chef tournament and I'll be the judge. I will have the best part!
  23. Is Kevin Costner still acting? He should stop...
  24. Seriously, how is Godfather II romantic? Maybe it's a romantic portrayal of mobsters, but there is no romance between people.
