Highly unlikely I might assume. I don't think there is an urgency for Turkey to open the border any time soon. Probably those people living at the border regions can be disregarded alltogether by the political establishment. Even though Turks and Armenians will never become best of friends and develop feelings of mutual love, commercial activities will be beneficial for both countries especially for Armenia. Armenia will gain cheaper access to world markets and I can assume that the Turkish infrastructure, transportation facilities and legal guarantees are much more superior than Armenia's current trading partners.
