The Saudis, Egypt and Turkey do not want a Middle East controlled by Iran. The two sides of the division will fight to the death if they are given the opportunity. For this reason we see currently Turkey looking forward toward a million strong army for the next 5 years or 10. Iran currently has some 600,000 or 650,000 strong army PLUS the 200,000 revolutionary guards army and it is expected for its total forces to reach the mark of one million in a 5 year or 10. It is expected that Turkey will use first its one million army against Iran, as Turkey and Egypt can not advance toward an Europe invasion until their Shiite rivals are neutralized and their back is protected from a Shiite backlash. Contrary to Turkey's projections, Iran with the help of Russia and China, will emerge victorious in its war against Turkey and Egypt with the help of the Saudis. This bring us to Armenia that has suffered throughout her history from wars raged at her borders and sometime in its own territory. Something that I do want to speak about it right now.

Hi Arpa! Thanks for your input. I am a grey/white haired senior now, an Armenian-American. More personal would be coming if I stay in this forum. This article looked very good and I wanted to share it with others in this forum. I do not care if its related to prophecy, or be pro or anti Semite, or what stuff its author is made from. Its a good analysis of the situation that reflects and echoes what is coming from inside Turkey. Some Armenians would think that Turkey someday would return our land to us -how naive they could be as Turkey is looking toward more expansion for the furtherance of Islam into none-Muslim Europe (even by force of war) and for that Turkey needs the backing from other Middle East muslim countries. As a youth in an Armenian school I remember my Armenian teacher saying: "We Armenians have not been far-sighted and that has been our problem". So let us have some far-sighting perspectives. P.S. No, the paper book only, and I have to type in this forum by hand if interest is shown by others. But I am aware than an Armenian historian of New Jersey, USA, had a website dedicated to Arrata, and in his website (if my memory is not failing me) he had posted that book or sections of it. I have to go back to google search for him when I have time, I do not know if his website is still active. I initially become interested in Arrata when I read an article in National Geography magazine where it was saying about ruins of an ancient city in southern Iran as could, not really because they were not sure, possible Arrata. As I did some study and I was convinced that Arrata Kingdom was in Ancient Armenia.

Presently, Turkey's army has over 500,000 troops. Its army is larger than France, Germany and England combined. And now Turkish media are reporting that they are planning on adding another 500,000 paid soldiers. According to Egemen Bagish, a state minister and Turkey's chief EU negotiator, the purpose of the army is to kill two birds with one stone, overcoming two of Turkey's biggest challenges: terrorism and unemployment. This move would create half a million new jobs for Turkey while answering once and for all Turkey's problem with Kurdish separatist terrorists in the southeast. Bagish spoke to journalists at the Turkish ambassador's office in Brussels. "The government is prepared to hire 500,000 people. ... This structural change will also contribute to our struggle with unemployment," he said. Turkey's nation defense minister, Vedci Gonul, stated that the new army is "the future of Turkey." But he also said that the actual number of paid soldiers is yet to be determined pending a government study. According to Gonul, the creation of such a large army could take several years to complete. A poll conducted shows that 80 percent of Turks support the idea while only 9 percent are opposed. Despite the government's claims that the purpose of the army would be to address terrorism, skepticism concerning such a massive force is well-deserved. First of all, creating an army this size merely to address Turkey's terrorism problem, primarily from the PKK, a Kurdish separatist group in the southeast, would be like trying to kill an ant using a nuclear warhead. Secondly, such a move certainly will only reinforce the concerns of those who believe that Turkey has broad-ranging neo-Ottoman regional aspirations. The silence of the Western media has been surprising. Imagine Israel announcing an expansion of its forces by 500,000 men to address its Palestinian terrorism problem. Yet the Western media has yet to comment regarding Turkey's grandiose plans. Such an expansion would be particularly concerning in light of the Turkish government's recent swing toward Islamist political alliances. In light of warming of relations between Uruguay and Artsakh (and of Armenia of course) once again, I went back researching history of Uruguay, which I recommend every Armenian to do. The parallel was evidence in Uruguay's fights/wars for liberation from its bigger neighbor to the north Brazil, and of Argentina to the south. At the end Uruguay emerged victorious and gained its independence against all odds and against being in weaker position. Both Brazil and Argentina wanted to cobble Uruguay and made her a part of their country. The only country in South America that is smaller than Uruguay is Suriname. In May 1985 Uruguay became the third country in the world to recognize the Armenian Genocide. The Parliament has subsequently consistently supported various resolutions in favor of the Armenians. Armenians in Uruguay number around 19,000.The Armenian community in Uruguay is one of the oldest in South America. Most live in the capital Montevideo.

The secessionist movement has began to generate a contra-secession movement in USA. One person put up a petition asking for signatures to support the deportation of everyone that signed the previous secession petitions. Another asked the U.S. to strip the citizenship of those who signed petitions and to “exile them.” It is clear that as predicted US is being divided into: the pro and the contra; for a civil war (a new civil war) to become reality two opposite factions are needed -to shoot each other. Most of the petitions cite phrases straight out of the founding fathers’ Declaration of Independence, which states, “When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth [the founding fathers had in mind the secession of United colonies from England], the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.” Alaska’s petition asks for a “free election” to allow citizens of Alaska to decide if they “should be a free and Independent Nation.” According to the site’s FAQ section, anyone with a valid e-mail address and age “13 or older can create or sign an online petition seeking a federal government action on a range of issues. Then it’s up to the petition creator and signers to build support for the petition by gathering more signatures.” Petitions of this nature have no legal power and no president would ever agree to them. It’s a way to register dissent and discountent the way this country is run and the sinking state of the nation that is entangled in senseless wars, in moral degeneration, economic general depression, and the burden of a monetary debt in the trillions that can never be repaid but only forgiven for the nation to survive and keep on going.
