Sip
Here are a few suggestions: $1 off coupon for local buffet ... hmmm that's all I can think of for now. Since it's a church newsletter, my other ideas are probably inappropriate.

Ludwig9
I am in the process of putting a newsletter together. Do any of you know of any I can look at online, any good ones,to get ideas? It'll be in English for now,but of course we will add on Armenian.. any ideas?suggestions?original things I can do to keep people interested and looking forward to getting the next issue? Here are some ideas to think about What is your purpose? Who is your focal group? What ages are you trying to get to read your newsletter? Are you creating the newsletter for religious purposes or social functions? Is this for your Church or a personal project, meaning that you need the Churches approval for publishing ? Are you creating an online newsletter or a paper newsletter?
Maral
MOS,well it's ME in charge of the newsletter,so ofcourse it'll have that list! They are going to regret giving me full control of this thing! well tough, they know me,so they should know what to expect 0. Sip,great idea actually, for the future,I'll sell advertisment space. YES YES we'll have coupons to The Blue Koi LUDWIG,ok here goes. It's for the church,it needs to be more social then religious. We're brand new and trying to pull the Armenians in this community together. It needs to be geared mainly to couples with children and teenagers...the older ones will come, but as they say 'aysor esdegh ehn, vagheh chehgahn' So we need younger people..not that the older ones will be ignored. It will be a paper newsletter...we have a Saturday school, which started out fabulous and has fizzled,we're trying to figure out why. I just want to see a simple one,I've been looking online and found a few things here and there to use. This is day 1 of my project,I need to get it out in about 2 1/2 weeks....any suggestions are welcome EXCEPT MOS's and SIP's
