I think a good argument could be made that it is against Armenian nature to be united. So if this is true - are those calling for Armenians to unite actually calling for Armenians to change who we are?

Perhaps our expectations are to high from ourselves as Armenians, being among odars for number of years I often heard from them, Italians, Persians, Arab, Jewish, etc....... how strong and united we appear to them, and I always believe foundation for strong Nation first and foremost is to have a strong Family ties, of course history and historically the land we occupied certainly had the most influence which ever way you might look at the question, that is made us stronger yet divided perhaps. Spread over every continent almost in every country and diversity of it, no one can argue sometime if not always Armenian very much resemble the host Nation and her national character, thus making it difficult us to connect and to be heard among us.
