Sako_Aper
I live right here in Utah and never have been to Moab, nice pictures though, that looks fun.
Sip
Utah is definitely one of my most favorite states to visit. I just spend a few days at Lake Powell (here) and it is definitely one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. I'm going to try to make a trip there at least once a year. Sako_Aper
I thought Utah's desert was beautiful, it is, but when I went to Armenia and going through the roads of Dilijian, the road to Haghpat, Haghpat, Garni Geghard, nothing in Utah compares to the beautifulness of what Armenia had to offer though, you probably agree. Never been to Armenia but I did grow up in the Iran and have been to the north western regions so I am somewhat familiar with the scenery and terrain. I would agree that there is a lot of beauty there also but you just can't compare traveling around the US to anywhere else ... things are sooooo easy, comfortable, accessible, safe, convenient, and cheap here and plus, the land is soooooooooo vast! You can drive for days and still be in the same part of the US while if you go to Europe for example, after a few hours you've gone through like 3 countries.
