In one monograph there was mention of an N. Pughinyan among other practitioners and writers of comedy and satire.It seems like there may be a satirical periodical named Ple Pughi which is mentiona in referenec to the rescent scandal of the arrest of a poet for maligning the president. (Ply Pughi is another variation. Note the Armenian spelling in Bert Vaux's article).There are other sites on the net, one in particular seemed to have a biographical note, but that site may have been removed, it would not open.
