Koko,

Buses are runningh from Istanbul to Yerevan. In order to get more details if I were you I would e-mail a travel agency in Armenian, such as Menua Tours for example. I am sure they will be able to help you out. As Taguhi mentioned the bus goes through Georgia, which means some extra costs in the form of bribes.

You can also fly from Istanbul to Yerevan on Armenian Airlines.

It may be easier to travel to Trabzon, then get a bus from there (there are several a day to Tblisi, Georgia) - but you must get a Georgian visa to enter Georgia. I think there is also a border crossing near Possof. You can also travel from Turkey to Iran, then cross into Armenia at Megri, near Jolfa.
