I thought I would start with an original title for a thread. How is everyone? What's cooking at HyeFo? I missed everyone's eccentric personalities, perhaps you can fill me in on the local gossip? Who started trouble, who got banned, who won the best male swimsuit competition, who made the best gourmet meal, who retired to the mountains to tend sheep? All that kind of stuff.

Big hug to all! hug.gifhug.gifhug.gif

Are you serious about Azatik? Azatyushkin CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How is it that you didn't even send me an email about this? Ok, I am waiting for a PM, because frankly I am very angry as well as very excited. biggrin.gif

Sip, I don't quite believe the rest of the news.

Rubo, how are the beautiful kiddies?'

Maral jan, happy 50th, sorry I missed it. It's such a beautiful age, and women tend to be absolutely stunning in their 50s! And some men as well. wink.gif

Hey ponch. life is good. how are you?

Life is absolutely brilliant! I was thinking of you, when I heard that Charles is stopping by. Did you manage to make it to NY for his concert, I missed it. sad.gif

In fact when we stopped over in Paris I managed to purchase my first Charlie CD at the Duty Free. It's a triple CD with all of his platinum hits. I have to say that it was partially you who sparked an interest in me. I also watched "100 Blows" such a beautiful film about a boy's childhood, it's considered a classic. Everyone here should see it, you won't regret it. Well anyway, on the DVD there were some extras, and one of them was a casting interview with some of the boys for the movie. One kid was so adorable, and as it turned out he was an Armenian living in Paris. It was the 50's so the little men wore suits with briefcases to school, well the little boy dressed up like a little man did this amazing impression of Aznavour, I feel off the couch. You must see it!!

In one of the restaurants in Italy they were playing an entire album of his, and I found it so romantic. So now I am an absolute lunatic for the French Sinatra. I am driving my husband crazy with the never ending play. I must see him in concert before he retires.

Oooph, sorry got a little too excited there.

hey Evulinchka jan. You know Sip was kidding about me too.

congrads to you and the lucky guy as well.

I did not make it in NY to see Aznavour but did get to see him in LA. He is going to end the farewell tour in South America next summer so I am making initial plans to travel to Brazil on vacation and to see him there as well.

I think I know which CD set you may have. I would highly recommend you get the live in Carnegie Hall CD. That one is incredible

There are a couple who ~ we can't have back with us ~at least on posts ~ but I'm sure they'll be reading over our shoulder ```
