PaperBoy Posted October 29, 2015 Report Share Posted October 29, 2015 Member of Armenian chess men team Hrant Melkumyan continues successfully playing at Grand Prix tournament ongoing in the city of Cap d’Agde in France.After six rounds our Grandmaster has gained 5 points and at presents is sharing 1-11th places. Ten participants having 0.5 point less are following the leaders. It means that the participants of the tournament have equal potential and the struggle for prizes is intensifying.At today’s 7th round Hrant Melkumyan will face Bulgarian Grandmaster Nikita Mayorov. Hrant Melkumyan will play with black pieces.Our junior chess players continue fighting for the title of World Champion in Greece. After four rounds 12-year-old Mane Hovhannisyan has had very good results.
