Arpa Posted October 23, 2003 Report Share Posted October 23, 2003 Anyone here have access to the Armenian Reporter on line?In the Oct. 18 issue there is a beautifully romantic story by Mary Najarian with the topic; Veronica's Wedding. It is a short story which about the romance and marriage of two handicapped young souls which can become the nucleus of delicately romantic docu-drama and even a movie.I hope someone can post the entire story here (with proper acknowledgement of course) so we can see how beautiful Armenian experience can be even if it is based on a very painful experience. Here is a segment; " Abraham was wearing a brown borrowed suit. The bride wore a beautiful wedding gown with little embroidered flowers and pearls that once was worn by Queenie. She had white tulle over her head reaching to her waist. For the first time Veronica was wearing red lipstick and blush on her cheeks...." Has anyone else seen it?
