Also, if I am not mistaken, Gamar Katipa was not his pen name but a name of a small literary group consisting of several writers. In Gamar Katipa r and p correspond to his name while the rest of the letters correspond to the rest of the writers in that group. Doesn't the following belong to him: "Myer Araxi aperov Mtamolor qailum em yes...?" In Armenia his six columes (maybe eight ?) were published in the old days. GAMAR QATHIPA, the literary society was founded in Moscow in 1854 by the three writer-literary commentator-teachers and social activists Raphael Patkanian, Gevorg Thimourian and Mattheos Qananian. Note the classic spelling of the names G+a as in Gevorg, M+a as in Mattheos and R as in Raphael. QA as in Qananian, THI as in Thimourian and PA as in Patkanian. As to the spelling of the names I used G as in Gevorg, Q for the Qeh, R as in Ra and TH as the 9th letter Tho. Some loose transliterations based on western orthography would have it as Kamar Katiba which in reverse transliteration would be interpreted as Gamar Gadipa.
