America-Hye Posted September 15, 2003 Report Share Posted September 15, 2003 Azeris are always harping that NKR is part of their territorial integrity, that this Armenian enclave is part of Azerbaijan. This despite the fact that it is has historically had a plurarity of Armenians. Lets raise the ante. I say we don't open the border until the Republic of Turkey renegotiates the Armenian-Turkish border. It was the Soviets who signed the treaty with the Turks establishing this border, was it not?
