Sip Posted January 29, 2002 Report Share Posted January 29, 2002 My favorite is Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed. It really looks great with my 3D glasses (Asus 7700 Deluxe video card). I have been playing it on and off for the past year or so. I never could get into the 3D shooter type games. But my brother has been playing this new Wolfenstein and the graphics are just incredible. When I have a couple of hours to waste, I usually play C&C Tiberian Sun in skirmish mode against a couple of computers (or against my smaller brother). Juggernaut Posted January 30, 2002 Report Share Posted January 30, 2002 Yeah, I'm really bad at controlling myself when it comes to PC games, so I stopped playing any after Age of Empires 2 got the better of me and I failed a uni subject . The only game I've played since for any length of time was Sudden Strike (a very good world war 2 real-time strategy sim, you will need to get a mod though, to make it truelly realistic). Stopped playing that six months ago, but I think I'm gonna get hoocked again when Warcraft 3 comes out . multiplayer tip for AOK players: to be very good at multiplayer (I was ), you must use keyboard shortcuts. My screen name is from X-Men the cartoon and fighting game, and I am a sort of physical juggernaut, by Armenian standards anyway. I've never played MechWarrior. But a more recent game on the market, which I find much more appealing to the senses is "Medal of Honor". This game has is all. Incredible explosions, facial expressions, realistic gameplay and lighting effects, you name it...it's got it...So check it out friends...
